Hello group.

Hope english is okei?
Holland has many skilled plastic scratchers, and I need some help.

Planning ahead in a project, on my way out of the dark ages, and I realized I needed tires, which is not Italeri dimensions.

Anybody who can point me in the easiest way to convert italeri tyres to 445/65/22.5 the easiest way?

Also, I would need to convert standard Italeri tires to 315/80/22.5, the easier way.

Any help will be rewarded in heaven. I will place in some good words to God! :D

Hey dws,

I don't know what tools you have available. Maybe you could use this.
A solid rubber cilinder Ø44mm length 160mm. Your tyres should be Ø44mm (44.33mm) Length 19mm (18.96mm)

Cut it to length.
Drill the hole in the center
Cut the grooves and shapes you like

Great idea!

I have some tools available, but I'm not in any way near to cast my own tires and making molds.

But I have a ton of Italeri tires that will never be used, so maybe I can cut and glue some of those?
